I’m Riley Evans, a journalism student at Howard University with a passion for storytelling, sports media, and reporting on the people and issues shaping our communities.

My interest in journalism began with a fascination with the power of a well-told story to inform, challenge perspectives, and connect people. I am particularly interested in sports journalism and the intersection of sports, culture, and society.

Through journalism programs, creative writing, theatre, and campus media opportunities, I am continuing to develop my skills in reporting, interviewing, writing, editing, and storytelling. I am exploring opportunities to grow as both a journalist and multimedia storyteller.
